I'm with you... i think the usb part goes into the computer and the other end hooks to the back of your tv... there's also ones for hd, i guess.

Its a recording device that you connect to your HD TV. Most people use it to record gameplay, montages, AMVs, etc.

I had one but unfortunately, it felt the wrath of my anger after some kid in SSF4 kept spamming.......
