OK its teribble for the 2nd time lol you messed up the shades on the hair its like stains and his backs try using blending options like Multiply and Color Burn then Drop Shadow

I didn't shade on the hair XD
Ye' see I'm new to Photoshop and I kinda hold the click too much on yellow O_O and yeah.. >.> I suck at shading XD

try using burn tool at the edges of hair then after it takes shape use the the Dodge tool to highlight it then if you want use the blur tool just try everything create a new layer on every new body part and add new options like you have above the layer palete just chose 1 i use Multiply i think
