Out of pure Effort points.

All that + smoke effect don't fit, or theres too much of it.

It's horrible. Text is bad, background is bad, render is horrible, blending is awful, color choice is really bad, render is too dark, smoke effects are bad, borders are too thick. What else...
The contrasts are horrible as well... Some places its too dark, other places its too bright. Over sharpened.

It's like you took one existing signature, and found a soldier render from MW3 and tried blending the render into the existing signature, and tried to make it look like you created the whole thing, threw on some effects and text.

It's ok....6/10

The guy sticking out is weird, took dark and too abstract. Also the colors clash, and the smoke just adds MORE un-necessary and distracting details, and it's too smooth and blended compared to the sharp edges of the guy and the background. All in all, it's just not very pleasing to the eyes.
