cod 4 was good for its time, but when MW2 came out, everything changed and it made it one of the most fun games. ive played

Mw1 and mw2 are the reason COD is as popular as it is.

I loved those games. They might of have been unbalanced but they had great Campaign and multiplayer that was pure fun.

WaW, Bo, bo2, mw3 and ghosts are mere copies living off the fame of Mw1 and mw2.

I'm just waiting for a day when Activision looks back and realizes what made those games so popular. Their originality and ability to make it fun for every type of player.

One Man Army Never saw it used, wasnt a biug deal

well divelopers could of just make mw2 again with out those perks/killstreaks/attachments, but they went for the money.

MW2 was a disaster of a game but sadly it was only because of three or four major issues. One Man Army in combination with danger close was and still is a disturbingly common exploit. The tactical nuke made playing this game borderline impossible without specific loadouts to counter air support. The nuke caused way too many problems in terms of play style because one could just kill 7 players wait for harriers, and then wait for their chopper gunner or AC130 and just wreck. And finally deathstreaks. Pitiful but not impossible to work around.

Cod4 is without a doubt the best cod. Simplistic and only three or four problems but these ones are insanely easy to work around. Sadly having martyrdom and last stand as perks rather than deathstreaks is ridiculously irritating, however the simplistic game style and minimal killstreaks made this game entertaining.

The underlined in conjunction nearly ruined the online for me but it was still a fun game. COD 4 was the best online to me out of the COD series. Noobtubes + danger close+ one man army is worst than target finders imo.
