if things look difficult, he can just stay intangible and use izanagi to outlast him.
if he can see him and jinton, he either goes intangible and warps him, or goes izanagi and tanks it

Obito has a chance to take out Mu but Mu has no chance to take out Obito due to Kamui, and Izanagi if necessary, but I doubt it.

Actually If Muu does what i think he will do, Muu can win. Too many of you look at teh users best moves and compare brokeness, not strategy and every move they have ever shown and feats ever displayed good or bad.
