Muu can become invisible and take flight, since he has experience fighting uchiha he knows not to look them in the eyes. he can then proceed to use jinton which takes about five seconds to form and reduce an opponent to dust.

first itachi will put up his susanoo right after muu disappears, when muu is performing jinton itachi will notice the white cone,cube or cylinder being formed and will immediately react with amaterasu. some say that itachi's yata mirror can protect him from the cube jinton but im not too sure about that. if muu has to become visible to use jinton then it makes it easier for itachi to use amaterasu. itachi is a very perceptive and vigilant person the moment muu starts forming a jinton tech itachi can burn him. if muu uses the cylindrical version then yata mirror protects itachi and muu gets burnt by amaterasu.

itachi wins if one of the following is true:
muu has to become visible when using jinton
muu cannot make the jinton tech invisible only himself so if he's forming e.g the cube tech his enemy can see the cube but not him.
yata mirror can protect him from the cube jinton
muu is most likely going to use the cylindrical version of jinton which can be blocked by yata mirror

if none of the above is true then muu wins

Muu wins,he can choose to turn invincible behind itachi and fire a jinton,he is a sensor and a powerful one,so he can sense amaterasu and defend against it,itachi can't know where hhe will turn visible,if he needs to be visible to use jinton. Muu wins

Madara being able to easily defeat both Mū and Ōnoki at the same time, without Ōnoki ever knowing about perfect Susano'o, strongly implies that the Sharingan can see through Mū's invisibility. Itachi should be more than smart enough to use his tools to attain victory.

i am pretty sure the mu and onoki he beat were younger and weaker than the current ones,wasnt onoki like a teenager then?,if they both had jinton,which has been shown to trump susanoo,they wouldnt be easily defeated.

Even if itachi can see through it,muu can just stay in the sky away from his susanoo,and fire a jinton
