I personally think Muu is one of the most powerful characters in the manga due to his incredibly haxxed skill set.
I personally think Itachi (or almost all ninjas) have very little chance against Muu due to the fact that he can COMPLETELY erase his chakra, therefore the sharingan cant be used to detect Muu. The only person who has detected Muu is Sage Mode Naruto (one of the greatest sensors in the manga), and he stalemated with Trollkage ( I imagine Trollkage put up his mirage, Muu went invisible, and both died of chakra depletion). They both couldnt find each other.
People bring up that Jinton develops slowly, therefore Itachi can pinpoint Muu's position. Why can't Muu just sneak up on Itachi and decapitate him with a kunai???? It's far more efficient than wasting chakra on a needless Jinton, giving away your position.
If people argue that Itachi will put up a Susanoo, then Itachi will just die of chakra depletion, because he'll probably understand that the moment Susanoo is down, Muu chops his head off.
Uchiha genjutsu requires eye contact ( or some connection between the user's body and the opponent's eyes (finger genjutsu)), but Itachi has NO CLUE where Muu is flying around.
Sending Amaterasu flying in a hemispherical shape (Itachi standing on a flat surface) wastes a ridiculous amount of chakra, and Muu can just fly out of range.
I'm very likely to get flamed for this thread, but I honestly dont know how Itachi (or almost anyone for that matte) would deal with Muu.
