This is how I believe the match ends up

• Itachi can't see Mu when invisible,and gets his vitals shanked
  
  
• Itachi can see Mu's chakra despite the fact he is invisible and thus Mu gets the mindf*ck of the century

No one can surely say how it boils down but one can say that the latter case is more probable due to the fact for one to hide chakra,in some way he needs to use chakra,and thus giving the uchia chance to see him,even if his body is invisible
