Rinnegan might since it saw the invisible barrier protecting Konoha, any version of Naruto's sensing that incorporates Kurama will work since he uses negative emotions to sense in that form, the canopy method will work since it detects what it touches, but I'm not sure about the other Dojutsu...that's the big toss up. The rest don't sense him at all.

Also you left out shimas tongue sensin, I imagine that would work too.

Jiraiya's sensing barrier, negative emotions sensing, and the Rinnegan should be able to perceive him. I could speculate that the EMS and the Byakugan could be able to see him, but there really isn't enough evidence, unless somebody proves me wrong.
