Muu and Rasengan

Alright, so I started thinking about this during school, and if Minato Namikaze developed the Rasengan by himself, how did Muu know what it was? Seeing as the second Mizukage and Muu wiped each other out, and we are now on the fifth Mizukage, it seems highly unlikely that Muu ever met Minato, especially after he created the Rasengan, and so I'm confused abou this. Unless the third and fourth Mizukage's had short reigns, the timeline doesn't give Muu much of a chance to meet Minato, does it? Or am I wrong here?

Also, Sasuke's Susano'o shoots spears/arrows of Amateratsu. I THINK THAT'S AWESOME!!! And was the Naruto that attacked the Thrid Raikage a clone, or the same one who attacked Muu? And (just for fun) WHEN IS KAKASHI'S RAMPAGE COMMING!?!?!?!? :T_T:

Well, on NarutoBase, just the way it's worded, you can tell that it's obviously not Naruto, and the only other character in the panel is Muu. And I only use NB as a reference for this type of thing, seeing as we're on NB.

I don't mean to insult you, that's just the way I am. If there's an argument about the manga on NB, I believe that we should use the NB translation to solve the argument; if you have evidence from another site, bring it up there.

ok then, not saying that the nb translation is wrong this time, but if it is, then these threads are pointless and nothing gets solved

It doesn't look like either of them said it. Looks more of a narration than anything. Except for names of techniques (like it does for Oonoki on the next page), it usually shows a dialogue bubble when people speak.
