How many times he could use this barrier? + when he using his back will open to any attack. And Jiraiya has not any counter to Dust Release, he can just dodge but can not protect Minato if he would use his barrier tech. This match goes to Jinton users.

He can use that barrier multiple times. The amount of chakra he must use is dependent on the size of what he must teleport; the larger or stronger it is the more chakra he must use.
