I think it will be an interesting fight because both Tsunade's and Oro's defensive techs are worthless vs Jinton. Oro's edos were pretty weak too, old man hiruzen was able to beat them so I think the fight is pretty even. I'd give it to sanin high difficulty.

Sannin actually have very effective counters to all of the 2 kages techniques. They're a pretty bad matchup, but furthermore the sannin are a team to be feared regardless of if they have battle advantages or not. They stomp the kages here.

I thought this would be the other way round. Jinton is one big counter to any summon , Tsunade and Oros regen. Clam genjutsu is also very difficult for the sanin to counter, they have no sensing unless J man can get into sage mode.

Jiraiya's barrier actually counters all you listed quite easily, and keeping an eye on Muu will prevent team killing Jinton from happening. Likewise, Muu's jinton isn't the wisest idea when confronted with a giant katon 100 times the size of Gamabunta or similar.

its gona be a very interesting fight i must admit, but il go with the sannin based on there experience in fighting as legendary team (team work) but it will be A REALLY CLOSE ONE

I'm also going with Sannin high difficulty but I don't really know how much manga knowledge is going to help or hurt which team. Sannin have teamwork, the other two don't. The Sannin have multiple numbers and the other two don't. Summons can also boost the Sannin fighting force but Mu seems to be very dangerous along with 2nd's clam genjutsu. Maybe that combo can kill all three Sannin.
