Sage here says he can't affect the outside world, so what gives? Is this really the S06P? Something tells me either Sage is up to no good, or this is Madara's effect. Perhaps Madara caught the Edo Hokage and S06P in IT as well?

I can't help but think that the Kuchiyose summoned Naruto and Kakashi and Sauce right into the IT -- in other words they're caught now. This may be a keikau douri moment where Madara reveals this was his plan all along.

Base Madara is being derided as a weakling on NB, but let's keep in mind his accomplishments:

-Summoning meteors, wiping out an entire division of an army
-Killing Sasuke and Naruto one vs one, easily
-Owning all 9 TB at once.
-Defeating Hashirama and Tobirama
-Fighting most of the war on his own with 1 eye

He did nearly all this without S06P upgrades or Hashirama's cells. Base Madara may still be as strong or stronger than base Naruto (no BM). Also Sauce and Naruto just lost their sage powers as well. Why is Hagoromo taking all his chakra back? Something smells fishy here.

Look carefully at that panel. Naruto himself is shocked to see the Sage. Something tells me this isn't over just yet.

He beat Hashirama. Fairly, and squarely. ET Madara > Hashirama. Living Madara owned Hashirama, took all his sage power and stopped Tobirama easily. At valley of the end, Hashi had the edge due to his wood-style. With Rinnegan, Madara was just playing around with Hashirama.

1st of all, you are trying to help Base Madara's reputation by listing feats that Madara achieved with the use of Rinningan, Juubi Jin, AND Hashirama DNA.

Summoning meteors was due to him being Juubi Jin and/or Rinnigan.
Defeating Sasuke and Naruto were oly possible due to Rinnigan. Used Chakra chains to seal the beasts, and used Limbo to defeat Sasuke.
Again, before getting a Rinnigan, he was being tossed around by the TB, after using Limbo, he defeats them all.
Fightning most of the war with one eye? Most of the war he was an edo with double rinnnigan. He only had one eye for a lil while, but he also became Juubi jin in that time.

None of the feats mentioned were Base Madara.

Also, Sasuke still has his rinningan, so no, Naruto and Sasuke still have the powers, they just don't have the seals because they just used the seal.
