Rei's R+R
Wind/Fire/Earth/Lightning/Water/Ice/Wood/Rain/Ect.... They are all allowed.
No custom elements.
All custom jutsus allowed.
Weapons allowed. (Your sword, normal swords and melee weapons.)
Any tools like string and that crap is obvious... Just don't overdue it on the explosive tags.
Genjutsu, taijutsu, ninjutsu are all allowed.
KG allowed.
Starting range is Mid.
Terrain is the arena of the Chuunin exams.

Add or subtract anything to the rules that you want. I'll be starting the fight and be using the bio I provided up top. Post your bio.

I am wielding Dark Monarch on my left hip and the Clock Blade on my right hip. My dual swords are on my back.

(Kurokunshu) - Dark Monarch

Description: A broad and strong sword made out entirely of Black Stone and beautifully decorated with gold. Though it's looks like a heavy sword, it's as light as a feather. As a result its speed is immense and can easily counter incoming attacks.
It has a number of effects:

• Gives +20 damage to each wind jutsu of the user
• The opponents wind jutsu's loose -10 damage
• The sword can be infused with wind-chakra. As a result it becomes sharper, but it can also increase the length of the sword, though not much, making its reach a bit greater.
• By swinging the sword the user can send multiple shuriken at the opponent made out of slicing winds. These shuriken can easily be stopped by jutsu's, however they are alot faster then normal shurikens, and are able to slice through normal ones and still continue.
• The sword can also release wind currents that rapidly circle around the blade. These currents are strong enough to slice normal swords.These currents increase the damage when it hits the opponent or just misses the opponent (the currents are moving around the blade).

*Can only be wielded by Ingwer Hatake*
*The sword is indestructible, though this doesn't mean it can destroy everything*
*All abilities can only be used twice. The slicing winds around the sword and the increase of length have to be activated and are only active for two turns when activated*
*Usage of the slicing winds will result in cuts in the users arm and hand, causing 20 damage*

( Kuchiyose: Tokei ken ) Summoning jutsu: Clock Blade

Description: User makes followed handseals after biting thumb and summons Clock blade of Aeon the Time guardian. When user activates the blade the pointers will turn ( Other points nine as other points three ) forming blade and handle.
Note:
- The clock works as Shield plus it has removable daggers.
- Only myartisablast is able to teach this jutsu
- Clock counts as unique sword
- Costs 5 chakra per every turn when activated

Description: The user does the nessecary hand seals for the tool summoning after signing the Panda Kunoichi Contract. This summoning calls upon the powers of Panda Kunoichi Kagura. She is the youngest of the female panda kunoichis and is considered to be the most energetic one of them all. Her weapon form is a dagger which gives the following effects.

• User gains a small speed boost to help hand seals and foot movement.
• Gains a weapon in dagger form in the right hand that looks like Azuma's daggers.

The user also gains a side effect of losing chakra while wielding Kagura in dagger form since she is so hard to keep up with you need to use your chakra to keep her in dagger form. Kagura is still in training as she can't perform many jutsus in human form. She can use taijutsu and ninjutsu to B rank. She is very frail and prefers to be in dagger form wear she can't be hurt. She is a very flirty character, but when it is time for serious business she begins to focus at the task at hand.

Description: User utilizing his fire chakra, inhales and spits out a cloud of ash which begins to envelope his opponent and explodes when the user clicks his teeth.
However, this jutsu will cause major damage to his skin and lungs if the user doesn't escape before it explodes.

As I run around you incircling you with the ash and jump back clicking my teeth making the area around you explode. Then I finish by using...

Description: The user concentrates wind chakra and makes the battle arena floor covered with wind. This is to ensure the user's protection of receiving attacks from underground (e.g poison gasses coming out from the ground, etc.)
Note: Only usable by ND
Note: Lasts up to 2 turns and when the jutsu is finished, you must wait for another 2 turns to use it again.

Description: Elder teachings six senses is a skill known only to those whom achieve mastery in meditation and fighting arts. The user unlocks the six senses which is also known as a clear state of mind where the user eliminates the factors clouding the mind such as fear and regret and allows the user to be able to increase their reaction to incoming taijutsu attacks and not fear death making the user possible to react fast to the attacks.

Note: Can only be used 2 times
Note: lasts 4 turns.

This increases my reaction speed by alot, and I activate Byakugan. About now you start to spit out the ashes, and I use

(Suiton: Hahonryuu) - Water Style: Destruction Torrent

Description: Water vortex created in the palm of the user�s hand that can then be blasted forward creating a spiralling wall of water that can be used to attack or defend. (No water source required)

This requires no handseals, and it absorbs your ashes and more or less explodes splattering water around. Then I use

Description: The user will charge a large amount of lightning chakra into their first (No hand seals needed), once done they will aim it in the opponents direction and release a massive circular beam of lighting, that is incredibly quick (to fast for the naked eye) and
will shock the opponent.

Note: Can only be used Twice per battle.
Note: Cant use forbidden rank lightning next turn.
Note: Shocks the opponent for 1 turn.

This is so fast you can't see it, and stuns you for a turn.

Description: The user whips his arm towards the target and outstreches his hand and once the foe witnesses this, they are put under an illusion that seemingly has their mind shatter, wiped out and leaves them staggered for the current turn but due to the strain of this move, the user is unable to perform jutsu for the present round (does not count for clones or ?additional bodies?). The opponent is damaged quite a bit by this jutsu because of the mental strain that is put upon them.

Noo! my own move! O_O
As you start to outstretch your hand I release the lightning current from my fist. As my reaction speed is immense, I recognize the technique as it's mine and the move I use does not require handseals I am able to perform it in time. This "bans" your chakra from my body by inserting myself with electricity-like chakra.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electrically charged chakra from their body. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it only paralyzes. The lightning can be channelled through metal objects, as well as spread out into the air or ground.

Description: The user reshapes the Chidori in their hand into the form of countless senbon. It has more specialized speed than the normal Chidori and can cause damage throughout multiple places on the body. Although it�s not stated, this technique probably takes on Chidori's characteristics such as its ability to cut through almost anything and numb parts of the body.
