I have already told you that it doesn't matter if his powers effects more than just human flesh. The thing is that a metal body with no senses is always better suited for fighting Magellan than someone with flesh and bones. I don't get what part of it is so hard to understand. Also, nothing suggests that alive Kuma can fight better than brainless Kuma. Actually, your point implies that Vegapunk did that many modifications to his body just to make him weaker which makes no sense at all.

He still has those powers, he just didn't use them at MF. I think he didn't use them against Iva because it'd be useless. Iva isn't a weak ass to think that attacks like that would work on him. He was fairly confidant about taking on Kuma despite of knowing what Kuma(alive) can do which suggests that they are on par with each other for all we know.

My point exactly Mindless Kuma doesn't know how to use his powers like Alive Kuma can which is why he's weaker...
