I absolutely love this jutsu 
The ability to animate inanimate objects sounds really fun, and can be overpowered depending what you are animating.
Imagine animating powerful puppets like the Kazekage and Sasori, or animate the statues of Madara and Hashirama at the Final Valley.
Animate swords so they can fight for you, or even dead bodies, which I think Kabuto already did...
It's very interesting, maybe 3rd to Hashirama 's Wood Style for versatility and 2nd to Deidara' s Explosive Style.
