Muichiro is a boy of fair skin complexion, short stature, and a lean-muscular build along with long straight hair of a raven-black color that fades to a cyan color as it approaches his waist. He wears his hair loose with two clumps protruding slightly from each side of his head, a set of marginally shorter hair left down to frame his face, and unruly bangs over his forehead. He also possesses large, empty-looking cyan eyes.

Personality:​

Muichiro is an air-headed individual who seems to constantly wander off in thought and is unable to focus on anything. Extremely impassive - and at times obtuse - he tends to think only for himself and operates on logic alone, never letting emotions guide him, making him seem seemingly apathetic and indifferent.

The second Mizukage's data has been redacted and erased from all data books from before the Fourth Shinobi world war. However when his name is mentioned among peers, he is said to have been an icon among his people. Caring and strong, willing to do absolutely anything to preserve Kirigakure's culture. And although his methods sometimes seemed unusual and cruel, he did these things in a selfless and loving nature for his nation.

He is said to still be wandering the lands after the new arc and rumored to not actually be dead...... He seeks to rebuild the village hidden in mist one step at a time. And will do anything to achieve this.

Gengetsu was a man of both tall and slender stature. His face was accentuated by his relatively long, blond hair, which was worn in a combed-back style.

Gengetsu's typical attire consisted of a long sleeved, high-collared, grey kimono, which has the pin-striped pattern that is common amongst the shinobi of Kirigakure. This article is worn over a dark-green suit, with a similarly coloured sash wrapped around his waist, and a pair of sandals which reached up to his calves.

This will allow you to select another 5 different specialties to have on your bio. Some specialties will have Skill requirements or AP requirements, for example Apex Handseal Specialist requires you to have 5 points in the MIND attribute to have on your bio, so keep that in mind. Specialties can be found in the following thread.

Last thing is that Nindo have been removed from the current RP so the Eye of Insight nindo isnt neccesary for your bio

No problems. Its alright to make some mistakes, if you ever need help with getting to understand things with rules and such, feel free to reach out. Also members with orange names (Zaphkiel, Bellion, Sinthorus and Detective L) are Sensei, who help with training abilities amongst other duties, are a great source of knowledge onsite. Current mods (Lord of Kaos and Red Robin) are also great sources for help.

Feel free to post in the Konoha Tavern as well, it can serve as a central hub if you need to ask questions or get clarifications, or suggestions etc.

iight I took out the nindo, fixed the attribute points and add my specialties. I wanted Genjutsu ones to fit the character but I couldn't pick them without more attribute points in the field but I am limited. Am I able to start now? Where do I start?

So almost there, devouring mist requires 2 ap to purchase for the bio (which means you remove 2 ap from your total to have it on the bio, which isnt possible at academy level) id recommend chakra fortification for water and change it when you rank up if you like, as you get 5 AP every rank up.

With your increased element specialty, it cant be the same as your single handseal specialist so you can have it for earth as that is your second element.

I know it feels tedious but with those edits all thats left is to wait for the bio to be approved and you will be good to go.

One last thing, if you are planning this bio to be your main bio (aka your NW bio, the one you will travel the rp world with) then you will have to skin the character as another character. All that means is that the foundation of the bio is the second mizukage but it becomes another character from another source. For example a sasuke bio could be skinned as Roy Mustang from FMA
