You see there are a lot of other characters who just like Sakura came from normal families. People like Jiraiya, Minato. Orochimaru, Kakashi and the list goes on. All of these characters are far more stronger, useful and had more impact on NV than Sakura as a MC had. If anything Sakura at the least should've surpassed them being an MC with her ordinary background but that's not the case.

Again Sakura as a normal character is fine but she's just not MC material.
