*I release water chakra into the surroundings, then I do the handseals and manipulate the moist in the air to create mist*
*Now I add chakra into the mist to make it denser*
Now with the mist I do:
*I change the mist into water, a small amount of the mist, and manipulate the water to such angle so that the water reflects sunlight*

Get onto the water, then focus water chakra in your feet and release it into the water while doing these handseals *shows you*
After releasing the chakra into the water, control the water to spin around you and rise up, keep adding more chakra to increase its speed, and the amount of water spinning around you.
