*As soon as i spot you i by performing only 1 handseal manipulate fire into a genuine-looking dragon the flames divide launched a left side, right side, and frontal assault in all three directions at once, that will turn you to ashes as soon as they hit, as your about to get hit with molded earth chakra i send some into the ground around you and raises arms from the ground that grab you, not letting you evade, burning your body to an extent that it can't be recognized and left almost dead (i wont burn you to ashes), i then start walking towards you*

And you see a clone running towards you from behind the fire which in reality is a wind infused paper bomb speeding towards your neck. The genjutsu disrupts your chakra and and of course due to this stops your earth technique however due to the fire you wont see the clone until its 4-5 feet in front of you

*As soon as the fire techniques clash i create a dome around me strong enough, i then feel disturbance in my chakra i slightly stab my leg with a kunai, dispelling the genjutsu, i then hear an explosion and a can hear strong blows of wind, as those stop i quickly de-form the dome and shoot 3 explosive kunai at you and create a lid of earth that falls on you trapping you underneath as soon as it falls i shoot 3 dragon-head shaped fireballs 1 at you making the lid explode with you and the other 2 at the sky creating thunder*

As the kunai explodes on the dome it explodes releasing a mist in the air that you didn't see due to the dome you made. By the time you in form the dome it's surrounded you and you can do nothing about it your caught.*

It has red legs, and its bill and throat pouch are coloured pink and blue, and the flight feathers are black. When young it was brownish with darker wings, and pale pinkish legs. By training in the Bird land with the Blue Footed Booby and its Boss The Red footed has learned to use Fire Techiques however only up to B rank since it isnt as strong as its Boss but can use them without need of handseals due to the hard training it had in his land. It can carry one people, He can also speak English and has a great bond with the contract holder due to the time they spent together. He listens to any orders even when risking his life knowing his contract holder will never put him in danger. He can obiously fly.

-Can be summoned even if there are other Booby bird on the Field, aslong as The Boss isnt. (Blue footed Booby)

Just throwing this out there guys:

There will be a Ten (10) minute time period from when the person is killed to when their bio can be taken.
If the "dead" opponent has a second bio, they can use the second bio to defend the first bio after Five (5) minutes. However if they lose the second time, they forfeit the remaining Five (5) minutes of defense time and their first bio. Keep in mind that the user has to be actively online for the time period rule to be valid.

Though if I'm not mistaken the death needs to be confirmed by the mods.

However, I say just give him the bio back DB, it shows good sportsmanship and respect, plus the disadvantages of keeping someone's bio over shadow the advantages.
