Mugen is 175 centimeters or 5'9" feet tall. He has long indigo hair that hides the right side of his face and is loosely tied into a side ponytail. He possesses sharp, yet relaxed ocean blue eyes. Mugen wears a long, black, fighting-style kimono with a simple white sash and long scarf.
Personality:
Mugen is a very stoic, quiet fellow who only speaks when spoken to or when something is worth saying. The only people Mugen seems to care about are his fellow members in Amegakure. Due to some unexpected incidents in his past, Mugen is very cold, almost cruel towards the persons he doesn't know. From childhood Mugen is quite lazy and careless towards the things happening around him. He is not someone who would get angry very quickly but there are some little things which angers him instantly. He always enjoys being with less people around him. Being inside a crowd annoys him the most. Mugen only does things that seems to be a right thing to do or something he wants to do regardless of what others thinks about it.

Background Info
Mugen was born in the Uchiha clan.His father, Shoka was an elite member of the konoha police force. As a proud Uchiha he expected his two kids to succeed him in his job by joining the police force. Despite their fathers hopes, however, Mugen's elder brother had other plans, plans that brought great dissapointment to the family. One day, Mugen heard his brother leave the house. 'He wasn't a good child', his father told him when Mugen asked, 'thank god I still have you to be proud of, you will turn out to be strong one day, you'll follow my footsteps and join the force.Right son?'. Mugen was young so he didn't overthink it, now that his brother was not considered an Uchiha, he was the only recipient of attention.
Attention he didn't deserve maybe, as he was lazy and didn't try for anything. Oblivious to the fact Mugen was not interested in joining the police force either, his father kept pushing him, trying to promote him to the hierarchy. All in vein. Mugen was not a genius child, he wasn't someone who could do things without trying. He was a lazy failure of a ninja, a total letdown of his fathers expectations.
The time passed and the other Uchihas where getting disappointed. A rebellion was being prepared, Mugen could feel it. People didn't seem to like him anymore, the cold stares of those who felt cheated 'cause of the unfair promotion he was receiving; ice stabing his back. Peace wouldn't last for long with him in the village, and this was brought to the attention of his father as well.
One day, his father invited him to the training fields; 'You MUST come and meet me' he ordered 'no more skipping from now on, come to train or leave the village and never come back!'. Mugen couldn't believe how bad their training session would go, when he accepted that morning.
Shoka, his father seemed horribly mad when he arrived at the fields, his anger gave Mugen the chills as he pointed his fist to him. 'Fight me, Fight me and if you beat me you stay with me, if not you are on your own'
Mugen was not prepared. He felt weak against his fathers rage. One blow came after another, he couldn't catch up with him, he was tired, couldn't breath, he was loosing. Finally he felt his father's fist grab his shirt, pulled him off the ground, close to his sweaty face.
"You are weak boy'" he wispered 'You could never be the son I wished for!' and with his last words he punched Mugen in the stomach. Mugen coughed blood, he felt as if he was suffocating, soon he was laying unconscious on the floor. His eyes opened, greeted by the bold sun, he was outside the village, inside the woods. He felt a bump in his pocket, a note. 'You are no longer my son,you do not belong here. LEAVE!' it read in his fathers handwriting.

Water affinity: Due to Mugen's natural affinity towards water release and his constant using of water techs in battle, Mugen can perform all the water jutsu's with one hand seal.
