Put them together in a X form. Than focus wind chakra in each of them, than as you slash downward you need to extract all the chakra you focused in the swords out into the envirment very rapidly.Than manipulate the chakra to form a sharp kind of gust.

*I then tilt the blades towards each other so that they form an 'X.' With the blades in this position, I begin streaming my wind chakra into each of the blades. Once I feel I have streamed a sufficient amount, I raise the crossed swords and then quickly slash them in a downwards direction. As I slash downwards, I manipulate the wind chakra within the blades so that it rapidly leaves, moving in a forward direction. One the chakra has left the swords, I manipulate it so that it turns into a violent, slashing gust, which continues in a straight path.*

When you memories them I want you to do them,and as you do them you have to channel wind chakra to your mouth.Than deeply inhale,and as you exhale you need to mix the wind chakra with the air you are exhaling.As you do that,manipulate the chakra once more to form a sharp gust.(Just like you did previosly with the swords,but this time with your mouth)

Okay preform the handseal,than I want you to put your hands in a overlapping position and focus chakra at your mouth and do like any other wind jutsu like this.Except when you spit it out,instead of focusing on sharpness,I need you to make it so dense,that as soon as the wind comes out it will burst out at super high velocity.

I then move my right hand so that it is being help in a manner similar to that of my left hand, but below my lips, rather than above. They are positioned so that they are not in front of my mouth.

As I do this, I feel that I have gathered enough chakra. I then begin preparing to release the chakra by gathering it all into the front area of my mouth. Because the chakra is now in this smaller space, it is more condensed and will yield a higher amount of pressure when released.

Once this is done, I release the chakra from my mouth. As it is being released, I manipulate the chakra so that it turns into a gust of wind, however, due to the pressure and density of the chakra, the gust has a higher speed and density than it normally would. After the chakra leaves my mouth, I manipulate it so that the gust will 'fan out' as it moves away from me. (See picture.) The gust is released so that it will not touch, nor harm my hands.*
