Suiton is the water release. It is weak against Earth, but has an advantage over fire. A powerful combination with Suiton is combining your Suiton techniques with certain Raiton techniques, to give the raiton techniques a wider range and make them more damaging, due to the fact that water conducts electricity.
Water is often summoned in larged ammounts and then used to toss the enemy around at a very high velocity.
Some prominent users of Water Style are: The Second Hokage, Kisame Hoshigake, Zabuza Momochi, and Kakashi Hatake.

*I begin gathering suiton chakra all throughout my body. After gathering a suffecient ammount I expel it from my body through my pores. I spread it all throughout the training area and then begin to manipulate it so that the Suiton chakra begins to form water, which I manipulate so that it condensates into the air the moment it is formed. I use this method on all the chakra I released to create a thick mist on the training area that is impossible to see though.*

Now, before we move on tell me. What can see through it and what can't? In your own words. No wiki.
The naked eye is unable to see through the mist assuming it is lowered to zero visibility. However, the byakugan's penetrating vision is able to see through the mist. The Sharingan is unable to see through the mist, but is able to recognize that the mist isn't natural.
And I've never heard anything to lead me to believe the Rinnegan can see through the mist.

*walks over to the river*
I want you to use this water source. *put your hand into the water, then focus your chakra into. With using chakra and shape manipulation transform some of the water into a water sword, which can be wielded like a normal one.
*I walk over to the river and stand on it next to you. I crouch down and place my hand in the river. I begin focusing my chakra into the shape of a sword, careful to emphasize on it's sharpness. After finishing the shaping for the sword I then use state manipulation to absorb a bit of the water from the river into the chakra sword I have formed. I then stand up and withdraw my hand from the water revealing the water sword I made.*
