Mugen has messy brown-black hair in an afro-like style and a faint beard. His clothing is anachronistic as well, reminiscent of baggy hip-hop fashions of today. His attire consists of a light grey shirt with a stitch pattern running down the middle and ending at the halfway point of the shirt. He wears this under a red short-sleeve happi that functions as a jacket. He wears dark gray hakama cut off at shorts-length, resembling loose-fitting Bermuda shorts and japanese Geta (wooden sandals) on his feet. these geta are fitted with several metal strips on the soles, allowing him to use his sandals as blocking devices. He has two blue ring tatoos, two on each wrist and two just above the ankles. Lastly, he carries his sword on his back with a sash that goes from his left shoulder to his right hip, favoring his right hand. It has a zig-zag pattern of green and yellowish-brown. He also has a shark contract tattoo brandished on his tongue.

Rude, lewd, vulgar, and nihilistic, Mugen is not a nice guy, born into a harsh environment Mugen is desensitized to death and violence. He is fond of fighting and has a tendency to pick fights for petty reasons. Mugen is also a womanizer his libido often getting the better of him. Mugen through his battle's has displayed an overwhelming will to live, and to defeat his adversary. Ignoring all instincts and taking the pain in order to defeat his foe. As the shinobi grew older his methods became less black and white and he soon delved into other tactics to incapacitate targets and what not. Despite his appearance Mugen is a layered individual with more to him than simply wanting to **** and fight. He wants to be free, to be content, but most of all peace of mind.

The water would in turn protect the wind from being set aflame, a unique symbiosis that would further Mugen's abilities.

Mugen was not simply a master of elemental ninjutsu but of taijutsu as well, the young shinobi had been fighting in an underground fighting arena since he was a child, and he often used Taijutsu to prevent his chakra from running out. The shaggy haired shinobi was simply a genius he was physically fit, and his technique was simply amazing. No foe would dare to strike the man with their limbs. For fear of it being teared off.
Mugen has impressive speed, easily able to outpace his friends ever since childhood. As an adult, he can intercept an opponent faster than unfocused eyes can follow even from a distance. He can effectively catch his opponents off-guard to quickly strike them down, and silently sneak-up on highly experienced assassins, making him prime to strike. His speed increased considerably in after joining the ranks of Kumogakure, able to match that of Kage's, with whom he had trouble keeping up previously. 生|BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
History: Long ago in the land of lightning lived a farmer and his wife, they worked and honest job but the society they lived in was a cruel one indeed taxes and tributes decimated their annual income and with diseases spreading among plants and people the harvest was less than satisfactory. In an effort to maintain their standard of living the farmer and his wife began to take out loans, but their situation only became worse. Day by day, year by year they only plummeted farther into debt. Desperate for a way out the two joined a local militia which ensured to pay off their debts and guaranteed them land. The two supported the militia that planned to overthrow the land with rations even though they had so little themselves and also let their home be a base of operations. After a few months the militia was ready to assassinate the lord but despite all their efforts and sacrifices their attempt to find a better life failed. This defiant act was considered treason which is usually punishable by death; however, the lord was particularly cruel and decided the mere thought of killing him deserved eternal punishment but since that was not possible everyone involved in the militia would be relocated to a penal colony where their children and their children's children and so on would live there forever. Thus the humble farmers family would face eternal punishment.
Many years later a young girl named Maya managed to escape the colony and survived in the village hidden in the mist for many years she had a son and their life together was peaceful however word had gotten out that she was a part of the treacherous family, ninjas killed her and her husband but when they saw the young boy lying there he decided to return him to the colony instead of killing him out of pity. Unfortunately death was the better option, the colony was a hellish place with gangs, rapist, murders, poverty, you name it. The boy was brought into a world where blood and violence were everywhere he looked. He became a fearless warrior, his skill with the sword was unrivaled and his unpredictable style was inconceivable. At the tender age of fifteen he brutally murdered every guard and escaped on a raft.
Soon thereafter he hijacked a pirate ship and made it to the mainland. The rest of his life would have been spent quietly had it not been for the one thing he new to be true, "You are never safe." Wherever he went there would be evil surrounding him, so why life a short and halfway decent life when you can do something about the shit around you? When you can screw over the bastards that put you in this position? If you got this far you may be confused. I'm Mugen sorry for the transition between past tense and present, third person and second. I'm not the best writer in fact I was illiterate until about two months ago, but never mind that. I am the boy in this story and yes I've had a shitty life, but instead of mopping I've decided to destroy those who did this to me! Welcome to my vindictive path of vengeance!
After much searching Mugen found himself within the Village Hidden in the Mist where the shinobi began to learn many of his elemental and ninjutsu affinities. He mastered earth with Kotetsu and Geets. Fire with Jon Snow the newly elected Kage of Kirigakure, Wind with Raven and Geets, Ninjutsu with Eleanor, Taijutsu with the Ariqun, Kenjutsu with the Former King of Konoha, Saber and Genjutsu with Tasuke and Ashikita. After delving deeper into his understanding of his abilities Mugen discovered his latent Yoton abilities, unfortunately this would drive him to leave the hidden mist in search of a teacher.
After much time Mugen found himself in Kumogakure, fighting in the war against his former village. He was defeated by a Mandalor and has since has been training.

Shark Summoning & Ninjutsu (サメ召喚, Same Kuchiyose ) → Mugen had also signed the shark contract a tattoo was brandished on his tongue granting him the ability to summon and use sharks in battle. Mugen over the years had developed a close knit relationship with his sharks. They understood each other and could even communicate telepathically. In just a few years time Mugen's fierce combinations combined with the vast amount of water he could manipulate earned him the nickname the Shark Demon. His most trusted partner, Castor always available to Mugen in a fight.

Smoke Release (スモークリリース, Kemuri) → Mugen had mastered a style of non-elemental ninjutsu that utilized the intangible and toxic properties of smoke. The style typically involves generating thick smoke for the purposes of blinding and/or suffocating one's opponent. With the addition of general shape manipulation, he can generate concentrated and partially tangible entities of smoke for alternative purposes. By channeling smoke chakra through his body, Mugen can also transform himself, either partially or fully, into smoke to serve various purposes. While in his smoke form, he becomes impervious to most physical damage and can use this trait to gain an opportunity in battle, for example by allowing weapons to slip through him without any effects. He can still, however, interact with physical objects.

Weapon Techniques (武器術, Bukijutsu) → Mugen is highly skilled in a large variety of weapons such as bow and arrows, tantos, katanas, tsurugis, chakra blades, machetes, kusarigama, chains, wire strings and such others. Since early childhood, Mugen was capable of wielding this late mother's Gunbai with the utmost proficiency. His skill in shurikenjutsu is considerable, able to pin down an opponent with a quick barrage of kunai and even effectively launch kunai with a well-placed kick. At close-range, he has great dexterity, simultaneously wielding one in each hand. With a single kunai, Mugen is capable of fending off one of the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist.
Lava Release (Rubber Variant) (溶岩, Yoton) → Mugen had releaized he had a latent affinity for a malleable variant of lava release. This element is a combination of the earth and fire elements. Although Mugen has yet to uncover the extent of his abilities, with time Mugen would become a ****ing beast.

Description: Deep within the water country, in the village hidden in the mist dwelled a species of shark, within the dense fog lived a small yet incredible dangerous animal this animal dubbed by Taek as the Scavengers. Although the sharks were much smaller there their usual size, they compensated by using their unusual ability to swim and manipulate mist. These sharks were capable of expelling suiton from there skin, increasing the density of the mist around them to the point where the water vapor was far thicker than normal, but not solidified like regular water. Of these sharks was a teenage shark by the name of Castor. Castor is capable of merging with the mist, hunting down enemies stealthy as well as manipulating the mist around them with a power comparable to that of an A-rank water technique (this manipulation ability works in both ways, Castor can turn water into mist). Castor's last ability deals with the mist as well. Castor is capable of refracting light off the mist to turn it completely dark or blindingly bright at his leisure, due to all of his time living in the mist with the other schools of shark. This final ability is B-rank in power, and all of these abilities take away the appropriate amount of chakra for their rank.
