Ok, that does it for the wound. Now, you'd need a blood transfusion but no donors are available so you'll need to rest in bed and wait for the levels to normalize. 3 days should be enough.

This is an assortment of herbs, rich in folic acid and iron as well as proteins and some sedative compounds. It should help you heal and will allow you a bit more confort for your recovery. Take it 3 times a day until you empty the vial which should be in 4 days.
