i'm going to ignore the restrictions because muu has pretty much nothing without it.

even with Jinton, i Think Naruto has enough speed to avoid it, plus his bunshins will make muu much more hesitant about using it. plus, he can detect muu with sm, he can jump insanely high and can knock muu out of the air with frog taka. and splitting won't save muu from a rasenshuriken, the split part only survived vs naruto because he was an edo.

muu can't be sensed by sensor I think even sage mode will be useless. though kyuubi mode he senses malice so he may find him
but I don't think he can in SM

insane speed (dodged an attack from KCM naruto). twin swords. experienced sensor. flight. invisbility (though naruto can find him out). splitting to counter FRS. and onoki said hes as powerful as in life.

muu can't be sensed by sensor

cant be sensed by MOST sensors due to having no chakra.

without he can´t even attack

why not? its not like he doesnt have fists. he was still in the fight with the kages despite being at 50% power. if he cant attack at all he might as well leave. and the swords arent for show.

Mu is very well known because of his powerful Bloodline Expansion: Dust Release.
Other than that we haven't seen him using more offensive Ninjutsu.
So Naruto wins this one...
