Both don't know anything about each other.

I'm going to go with the unpopular opinion and say Kakuzu...High diff. His experience is unmatched when compared to anyone else alive.

Well, Kakuzu can't really defend against Mu's particle style.....except he can, by shooting out his masked heart-buddies, he can spread around Mu and unleash elemental barrage on him. Although Mu being an invisible sensor might negate this strategy. Still, Mu's overall skill and experience takes this 7/10 IMHO
