Onoki was using only a small Jition against Sasuke and we all know a Jition at that size won't do shit to an Incomplete Susanoo let alone the Full Susanoo....i can even debate about whether the Jition Onoki used against Sasuke can even damage a Ribcage Susanoo.

In order for Muu to even damage Itachi's Final Susanoo....he would have to use Jition on a larger scale which would take time to charge and Itachi has a good advantage to one-shot him with Amaterasu.

Muu simply can't win against Itachi or any other Uchiha with Susanoo and Amaterasu

Muu cannot win. Jinton takes a massive amount of chakra, he won't be shooting that many and itachi is notoriously fast.
There are enough scans showing he's able to get in behind his opponents quickly and make shadow clones before the opponent even notices. Even making shadow clones mid fight. Muu's only going to jinton clones at best. Itachi wins without ms. His stamina isn't low enough for him to last a short time without using his ms. Its a 2.5, but makeshift is a 3 and he lasts very long even with the enormous chakra drain of his sharingan.

Interesting match. Muu can become invisible and hide his chakra. In this case, Sharingan can't identify him, but to use Jinton, Muu would have to turn visible again. So either he stays invisible and attacks from behind at the last second with a sword or he decides to remain visible and attacks with Jinton. But if he does that, Yata mirror should be able to protect Itachi against his Jinton. Itachi could use yasaka no magatama but Muu has shown great reflexes thanks to his sensing abilities, so he should be difficult to hit. I don't really know who will be the winner of the two
