Pretty much this. Theoretically, he should be able to stay intangible and snipe while intangible. While usually he would have to not be intangible to make physical contact - I doubt this applies to the snipe ability that Kakashi has.

I was debating 6 or 7, but I think Obito would have enough to take them to 7 despite KM Minato being a major hassle.

The worst part is you wouldn't even notice him sniping you. He could snipe almost every character on the guantlet with his giant shuriken and no one would notice thanks to him being able to use the Kamui dimension
