As you all know the more haxed a power the more its nerfed... But i wont talk about how kamui was nerfed just aboeral was nerfed. ut how ms tobi in general was nerfed. Starting with the mask it covers his spare sharingan which would increase his genjutsu strength and sharingan perception, not only that it covers his mouth preventing him from using jubi sized katon. SECOND NERF: ms tobi was never allowed to shoot his giant shuriken and other projectiles via kamui. THIRD NERF: was not allowed to use mokuton even though he was good at it not even the mokuton spikes he likes doing. FOURTH NERF: he was not allowed to use his super strength we saw in the flashback he was capable of almost shattering large boulders without spirals help not only that his senju dna and cgakra werent even fully developed. We know he still has it because he stopped suigetsus sword with his forearm easily. FIFTH NERF: was not allowed to use taijutsu or kenjutsu, we saw that hes quite good with weapons during the war and flashbacks and also good in taijutsu ( he was as good as kakashi during kakashi gaiden when he unlocked sharingan and beat the crap out of mist anbu with taijutsu and mokuton.) SIXTH NERF: was not allowed to use genjutsu until the fights over! Obito has arguable the strongest non ability genjutsu(like tsuku or koto) in the series even controlling a perfect jin for years even itachi could only put bee under a genjutsu for a few seconds. SEVENTH NERF: was restricted to only using kamui during each fight.
