MS Test Match F Round 2 - Vergil vs Yard

[Zenryoku]

Welcome, Vergil.. and Yard.
You to will be fighting for the chance to attain the Mangekyo Sharingan but first you must beat each round to make it to the final match. This match will merely be decided by either killing your opponent or when the time comes for it to end a winner shall be chosen based upon who showed the best skill and ability.

- Rei's Rules and Restrictions
- No Custom Elements or Custom Jutsu Allowed
- Must use your Uchiha Biographies
- Terrain: A opening in the middle of a large forest about a football field size with a flowing river through the center. each person is Mid range from each other on each side the river.

Test Match shall take 10 days from today it will need to be completed by September the 24th.

(Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shadow Clone Technique

*Summoning 3 clones. 1 on my left, 1 on my right and 1 behind me. We are all in the same position I am in so you don't see the clone that's behind me as our bodies are perfectly aligned. With him using his sharingan he can move his harms identically to mine so that you still don't notice him. This would happen as theres an opening for this technique since you would be defending as I do it. For now, the clone will only move his arms identically to mine tho he won't move his fingers identically for handseals. He just watches my elbows really.*

*I see raiton signals coming from you and as you just start to bend over/land to go to slam your hands on the ground I automatically know what jutsu you will use. So, with/o hesitation at all, C1 makes a spike rise up from the ground that stabs straight through your skull as you go to slam your hands for the banquet of lightning*


(Doton: Kujo Joushou Iwa Chuuseki) - Earth Release: Destructive Rising Rock Pillars

Description: This jutsu causes gigantic pillars of rock to forcefully emerge from the ground. This is a even greater scaled Earth Release: Rising Spikes and is large enough to impale a summoning technique.

*C1 makes a spike stab straight through your skull with you having little to no time at all to re-act due to the speed of the spike rising from the ground and the fact that you are also moving towards the ground to slam your hands so your skull is merely 7-10inches from the ground. He also makes two spikes rise up from the ground that stab through your heels and stab through your legs and continue to rise up which happens in unison of the first spike I mentioned. So, if you try to use nagashi like I'm expecting you to, the timing will be off, as you do not know about the spikes coming up from underneath your feet. By the time you notice the one underneath your skull, you will have the spikes underneath your feet digging into them. Not to mention the timing of this as you are in motion, my spike is in motion, you are probably trying to slam your hands quickly like any other shinobi would so that leaves you with even less time to react. Also, you said that you are looking at me, so, you don't see the spike at all. If you were to trace chakra signals, you would have to trace the signal, switch from one jutsu to the other and use that jutsu which at the rate and close timing of all of this happening, you more than likely won't have enough time for. And you aren't able to see earth chakra and immediately use nagashi due to the time frame rule not to mention you would be hit by my next jutsu on attempt. In unison of this, C2 uses*

(Fūton: Fūjin no Jutsu) - Wind Release Dust Cloud Technique

Description: After performing a single hand seal the user creates a stream of high velocity wind combined with scouring dust. The completed technique is directed through overlapping hands.

*blasting a high stream of dust/wind at you, disabling the use of nagashi so now you can't use it as a defense against the spikes. If you attempt it, this is used in unison and you will get hit at the exact moment you go to use nagashi with/o time to defend and in case the banquet of lightning some how managed to continue in your next turn this would cancel it out and still head at you and would kill you as wiki says it decimates anything it hits meaning it would kill you so you'll need a jutsu to defend from both techniques at once and given that they are so close in timing, this makes it extremely difficult to counter. Thw chakra for this is prepared as you are going through the air on your way to landing just to make sure there isn't a hitch in timing. In unison of this the clone behind me that you cannot see as you are on the ground, uses*

(Doton: Moguragakure no Jutsu) – Earth Release: Hiding like a mole technique

Description: The user changes earth into fine sand by channeling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. While underground one can sense what is happening on the surface and use the information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. Once can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy cant reach.

*going underground and he can sense your location. This happens as you would be distracted by the spikes and wind ect. He goes 11 meters underground but he's also 11 meters away from you, out of reach from nagashi as I would expect you to use it since as I was told by zen nagashi is about 7 meters. In the chance that you can locate his chakra signals from him using hiding like a mole (not sure about it but I'll be safe). My clones and I have our hands covered so, for all you would know we would be planning to use a low level (C rank) earth technique.
Ps. There isn't any space between my feet either to let you see behind me, my legs/feet are together.*

Also, we see that jiraiya slams his hands onto the ground to activate this jutsu, which you can't do in mid air. The other part of the jutsu is the chakra coming out of the scroll and surrounding the flames, sealing them.

So my problems with how you defended are:

• I don't think you would have time to pull out the scroll and do the sealing method before the lid hit you
• The sealing method requires the chakra to surround the lid which i don't think would happen in time
• I don't think you can use this sealing method in mid air because of the way jiraiya was shown to use it
• I believe the lid would hit you before you finish your jutsu

I would have to agree with pervy. Something as massive as the dropping lid would take a long time to surround and seal into the scroll and would most likely hit you before being completely sealed. However, I dont think that the attack would kill you since you are hit in the air and not being smashed by it on the ground.
