Kakashi is not creating a clone & using kamui before obito peppers him with mokuton.

The only reason kakashi kamui'd the clone was because of good timing with naruto, gai, & obito's own active kamui ability.

Obito cancels kakashi's kamui, the clone stays, kakashi has to defend against high level mokuton & incredible sgtrength/speed/endurance.
