EMS high diff. MS gets exhausted. With full intel at hand, team Gaara and Tsunade just need to keep it going. I mean 4 ama's and Sasuke will severely slow down.

MS Sasuke takes this. He doesn't even need to go into MS. If Gaara flies, he can Summon his hawk and use a basic Susanoo form to remain mobile. This form has a very large hand, and he can simply grab Tsunade out of the air and crush her within his Susanoo's fist or a single Amaterasu can take her out, as Gaara's sand is weak to extreme speeds as we saw with Lee's Taijutsu.

If Gaara decides to shield Tsunade and use her chakra, then Sasuke can simply use Amaterasu by focusing it on the absolute Defense itself. A focused Amaterasu burns extremely fast and would eat through the sand. Absolute Defense uses a lot of chakra, and If Gaara loses this, he will be left vulnerable. Sasuke can use this opportunity to erect an In-Complete Susanoo and use its arrows to pierce the crumbling Absolute defense and take out Gaara or weaken Tsunade.

Once the defense crumbles, Gaara will use additional sand to guard himself which isn't as fast as some may believe here. His hail and Coffin are useless before Susanoo and arrows a few arrows with go clean through his defenses and pillars. For even a second he is exposed, he is subject to Sasuke's genjutsu which Sasuke and Itachi have been shown to cast from incredible distances and on opponents with incredible speeds.

Sasuke takes this mid-high difference.
