Madara' perfect Susano'O block a Bijudama that lost its momentum and started being surpressed.

I doubt it could tank more than one full Bijudama.(and what does that have to do with this match-up?)

While Tsunade has Byakugou on, she won't mind getting hit by Amaterasu. She can take all the time she needs while she is burning, to use a Replacement technique with a log. This is how she will counter Amaterasu, don't say she can't use it cause it's pretty logical that she can. Also don't say she will die right when Amaterasu hits her, because she will use Byakugou. She is currently cut in half, and not even in Byakugou, so I'm sure she can tank Amaterasu for a few seconds for however long she needs to use Replacement Technique. Don't say she needs hand seals which will take her too long, because Kakashi and Nagato performed the technique without hand seals. ^^ There's a weakness to every technique.

You're misunderstanding the concept of the Replacement technique...[

With this technique, users replace their own body with some other object, generally with a block of wood, the moment an attack lands. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful.

The user must place the transformed object in his place when the attack actually lands, in order to be safe. A shinobi can't simply get out of an attack with this technique, the attack actually needs to land on the object. How would Tsunade even transfer the flame to the log ? That'd make no sense.

The Byakugo would simply delay the inevitable, she can't get rid of the flames, and in the end, they'd be completely covering her, which'd eat up her chakra at a very fast pace.

The weakness of the Amaterasu has already been shown, and it's not the Replacement technique.

Sasuke takes this low difference. It will be the shortest fight ever. He can use a single arrow to kill Mei right at the start of the battle, and Tsunade is out with a single Amaterasu. No MS sweats felt.

Sasuke wins mid difficulty at most for the reasons stated above. Neither Tsunade or Mei can harm him and Sasuke has plenty of ways of making quick work of Mei or Tsunade.
