what naruto did is basically releasing chakra out from his body to get rid of the flames,

He released a Bijuu Cloak, which is far thicker and much more chakra than a Raiton Cloak, and then he tossed Amaterasu away.

raikages activate their shroud from theirr body as well, and once they do that, then replacing the raiton shroud or releasing it would extract the flames away, in a very similar fashion to how naruto did,

Replacing? What? They either turn it off or turn it off. They can't just "replace" the chakra. Turning it off wouldn't make the flames disappear. Turning it off means that the flame gets stuck on their body.

Not sure why you are even bringing this up when we already saw Ay, a Raiton Armor user's canonical counter to Amaterasu after he's been hit, and he cut off his arm.
