If it's the Naruto from Pain arc up till the Kage Summit, then Sasuke wins. Naruto's ordinary Rasengan variants can't get past Susano'o, and Amaterasu is the perfect counter to Rasenshuriken. Sasuke can coat Susano'o with Amaterasu as well, so Naruto trying to grab and throw it is a suicide move, and frog Kata isn't enough to break it. He can't hit Naruto while he's in Sage Mode, but he can spam defense until the 5 minute or two Rasenshuriken limit is up. The one from the war arc is a bit out of his league though. His genjutsu will be ineffective, and Cho Odama Rasengan spam is going to be a ***** to deal with.
