Both characters are sincere of beating Sasuke, so they arent going to hold back talking to him. Rock Lee is aware he copy his speed in the base, while Kiba witnessed it in part 1. They will be on a constant move. All I can say here is that they will do their best to think they need to one-up when it comes to speed.

hatred which awakened final Susano'o he went blind that fast, Blind Sasuke can literally shunshin blitz Kiba,
the only problem is Lee who can be dealt with by simply using Amatersu or an arrow.

I knew I shouldn't have posted on this thread. Blind Sasuke ain't shunshin'n shit as long as Lee is around. And if you want to bring up Sasuke's speed hype; in blinding mist, Rock Lee in base intercepted Haku while transporting through his Ice Mirrors which is hyped to be at the speed of light. He'll have no problem doing the same to a near blind and exhausted Sasuke, especially if his focus is on Kiba. And Lol @ blind Sasuke hitting gated Lee with amaterasu/arrow.
