Sasuke enters Susanoo, obliterates Preta with Kenjutsu while using Susanoo to fodderize/tank Asura Path and his attacks.

S2? Sasuke loses. Preta Path absorbs Amaterasu off of Asura if it gets hit. Sasuke can't destroy Asura Path without using Ninjutsu, thus he'll have to deal with Preta first, and he can't deal with Preta with Ninjutsu, so he'll have to use physical attacks, thus Asura Path comes in and destroys him.

*claps* Thank you, no one else has said anything about Preta being able to absorb Sasuke's ninjutsu which is obviously a big factor here.

How does they win honestly they have no counter for Manda or Aoda... Asura puny missiles are strugged off...

Manda is not valid for MS sasuke, neither is aoda since he hasnt summoned them in that state ever,

No susanoo means that sasuke gets wrecked shurado missiles, and his ninjutsu is rendered useless by preta,

For a second. Sasuke isn't fast enough to blitz any Path of Pain. Not to mention Asura can still act even when on fire, as it feels no pain, so Sasuke isn't doing anything to them.
