Conditions: Orochimaru doesn't have hands and he starts out on a clay bird next to Edo Deidara (the clay bird is on the ground and not in the air)

Location: Orochimaru Vs Tsunade & Jiraiya

Restrictions: Orochimaru can't use any other edo's than Deidara

Distance: 20 Meters

Note: This is the Sasuke that fought Danzo but isn't blind

It does, but it never affects Orochimaru. Was already states [In the DB] that his summoning feats are only capable by him, and very few others.

Armless Orochimaru? Sasuke takes this, Amateratsu spam and pressing his back up on the wall with Susano'o making him continuously use oral rebirth. Giving Orochimaru no arms was a bad choice but Sasuke takes this Low-Mid Diff.
