Sasuke has used genjutsu in every fight in shippuden even against someone experienced as danzo, except juubito and madara. It is still a factor.

Oonoki has to maintain distance to win. If he or his clones get close then he will get disposed of by susanoo + arrows, amaterasu or chidori or even by kenjutsu when his sword is infused with lightning style.

All that is left to do is to make susanoo so heavy it cant move or to obliterate it

Your post is a good counter to people saying "just avoid eye contact". An opponent like sasuke can use the fact that the opponent is avoiding eye contact, to his advantage.

Genjutsu doesn't work on Onoki. He knows not to look at the Uchiha's eyes and broke Madara's Genjutsu. Amatersu is close range technique proven in the databook. Not only Onoki flies out of it's range; but even if took a hit, he can form a Doton in an effect part of his body, and that will move Amatersu away. Susanoo isn't even close to being a factor. Nevermind; I am having second thoughts on my previous post. Unless Sasuke can see a chakra color difference, he wouldn't be able to distinguish the clones with his eyes alone.

He can sharingan can see chakra color and he can see Oonoki use doton hand signs

Oonoki trying to avoid eye contact and and Make Amaterasu useless is nearly impossible. Doton clones easily gets shreaded by Chidori needles. Oonoki doesn't even have enough airborn speed feats suggesting that he can dodge a Susanoo arrow. Try to make Susanoo heavy will be impossible for Oonoki since he needs to make contact Sasuke can cover his Susanoo in Enton.

Once Sasuke hawk comes in close range with Oonoki or mid range Amaterasu shits. Any Jinton is easily dodged because they only go in a straight line. Island buster Jinton? Show me a scan of it first then we can talk.

However the 5 susanoos were severely lacking in the area of hax techniques and weaponry. Amaterasu would make it almost impossible for oonoki to get a hand on those susanoos, arrows force oonoki to play on the defensive. However what oonoki did was still a pretty good feat for combating MS users as he still was able to avoid eye contact and was swift enough to touch those susanoos meaning he isn't getting genjutsu'd or hit by a physical attack from sasuke's susanoo.

Sasuke has raiton which is a good counter for oonoki's weaker dotons, but I don't see any raiton other than kirin beating oonoki's stone golem. Arrows aren't hitting oonoki as long as oonoki is flying at long range. I could see oonoki taking it with a jinton while one of his bigger jutsu like the golem distracts sasuke, or I could see sasuke taking it if he goes V4 and amy snipes oonoki while he's using jinton.

Edo madara's chakra was divided by 25, the power of a clone's jutsu doesn't get divided by the number of clones running around.

Gaara thin sheet of sand blocked 5Susanoo swords. Sand pyramid could even stop one Susanoo swords which is proof that those Susanoo clones was far weaker than the average Susanoo.

Gaara's gourd sand blocked 1 susanoo sword, it was later completely blown apart by 4 susanoo swords. Sand pyramid was broken out of by a senjutsu susanoo, and the pyramid isn't a defensive technique.

Tsunade's punches that were cracking madara's big ribcage susanoo, weren't doing any damage to the clone's susanoos.
