No MS Sasuke loses with low-mid difficulty. EMS Sasuke loses mid difficulty.

Nagato has too much for any form of Sasuke. Those animals would get owned by enton/amaterasu spam though so Sasuke would put up a decent fight. He could also potentially prep kirin to shoot at Nagato. Preta won't absorb it because it is made out of natural lightning. Sasuke has no counter for CT though and a chou shinra tensei will leave Sasuke's susanoo very weak or even destroyed. Sasuke could probably tank the attack though but it will leave him weak. Sasuke's ninjutsu will be absorbed rather easily and he isn't good enough to beat Nagato with genjutsu or taijutsu even though his skills at those fields are pretty good.

LOL at the morons in the thread. the OP is obviously talking about pain since he said "the nagato that lost to naruto". ms sasuke wins if he is at the height of his power. sasuke during the danzo fight would lose with high diff.

Pein has 6 bodies, shared vision and top tier jutus.
The key to a victory againts them its almost unlimited amounts
of chakra.
Even just Animal Path would be a big challenge for Sasuke.
Preta, Asura and Human make a great combo.
Deva its a huge powerhouse.
And Naraka woul restore any destroyed path ( if one is destroy by divine help xD)

Sasuke stands more chance againts Nagato than 6POP ( and by chance I mean get killed in a less horrific way)
