Both mastered ms in their own way. Sasuke is a mastered in ninjutsu he mastered fire element and lightning element, he mastered taijutsu copy moves from one of the best taijutsu fighter lee. Hes faster and has more chackra. And hes also smart and mastered swordsmanship. Itachi mastered genjutsu and taijutsu hes really fast and hes a genius a ninja tht could out smart anyone. Sasuke mastered amaterasu, itachi mastered tsukoyomi.
Imo sasuke wins high diff.. wat do you think if you agree or disagree and why.I have more to put here but is too much writing and i dnt want to make a text wall .

Itachi would finish Sasuke off pretty quickly. In Sasuke vs Itachi fight, he had him in genjutsu (about to take eyes out genjutsu), and could've easily finished him off.

sasuke can likely outlast him and has way stronger moves but itachi was trained by fugaku and tobi with a lil shisui so he knows things based on that he wins but its pretty close

the fact still remains that itachi died in their last fight because sasuke pushed his disease ridden body too far. i'm not saying sasuke won, just that itachi died. now that sasuke has gotten stronger and can at least temporarily hold of itachi's susanoo with his own, i'd say sasuke has the advantage. if itachi wasnt sick i'd pick him though. he beats sasuke in every category except stamina

Sharingan Sasuke was able to counter his tsukiyomi, so MS Sasuke will do it much more easier. I don't see genjutsu as a determin factor in this fight. Sasuke may not be as smart as Itachi, but he is really hasty when he fights. When Itachi won't use Susanoo at the beginning, Sasuke will use it and spamm arrows like against Danzo. What could Itachi do at that moment besides from Susanoo to protect himself??

So even if Itachi doesn't want to spamm Susanoo, he will be forced to do it, coz arrows are too fast. He can't avoid them. Susanoo is his only option and on a long run, Sasuke who has more chakra will most likely win. If he had more chakra, Itachi could have win cuz he could keep up a time, the time to have a plan to finish Sasuke since he is smarter, but his lack of stamina will be really a pain for him in this fight
