There's absolutely nothing that would suggest Susano'o could tank a spirit weapon attack. Totsuka has no physical form and is thus unhampered by any trivial defense put up.

MS Sasuke is no stamina beast himself. He was only able to last as long as he did because of siphoned chakra from Zetsu pumped into him and Karin's healing. He's not outlasting healthy Itachi, period, and he cannot defeat him.

Thus, a med diff win.
