I honestly think Sasuke wins 2.

Itachi's Susanoo is superior to Sasuke's because of spirit weapons but not by a large enough margin to where he can deal significant damage to Sasukes Susanoo, so the two Susanoos would stalemate each other long enough for Sasuke to use Kirin on Itachi then follow up with V4 Susanoo slashes to finish the job.
