In consideration, that Mangekyo techniques use up more Chakra than techniques which Sasuke used, Itachi used Tsukuyomi and and endured its breaking, further straining his eyes [

] and used two Amaterasu from which the first one consumed both their huge Katon, and the second set on fire half of the forest surrounding the Uchiha palace, when actually a small flame is called worth with each usage [

]. The amount of flames Itachi created, equals a dozen of usages of this technique. Finally, when Sasuke's Chakra was long drained, Itachi used Susanoo for an extended period. The only usage of his Mangekyo Sharingan is worthy more than what Sasuke did.

Several non Mangekyo techniques, like several Karasu Bunshin and a Genjutsu Itachi used shortly before their fight against Naruto and Sasuke, such as several Genjutsu (and the see through of Sasuke's Genjutsu, what you also called worth in Sauke's case), a Katon technique, etc.

The stamina of a healthy Itachi would exceed the stamina of an Itachi who lived only due to medication at his illnesses peak and near blindness, by far.

Itachi was overall weakened by his illness, not only in terms of stamina.

During the fight between Sasuke and Itachi, there is something always overlooked that i believe need to be said and it concerns the Curse seal.

It takes a ridiculous amount of chakra when used and heavily takes away the user's strength to the point that sound4 could barely stand after using it for a short while
