Mokuton is restricted, so Danzo can't use Hashi's cells. He won't be able to activate KA for another decade, sorry pal. He also won't be able to use izanagi since the only reason he was able to use it in the first place was Hashi cells. So therefore 1 amaterasu and it's over.

Mokuton is restricted, so Danzo can't use Hashi's cells. He won't be able to activate KA for another decade, sorry pal. He also won't be able to use izanagi since the only reason he was able to use it in the first place was Hashi cells. So therefore 1 amaterasu and it's over.

Sorry pal but you misunderstood Danzo's Izanagi usage. Tobi stated he had Hashi's cells so he could control all the Sharingans on his arm. Control over that many sharingan allows him to extend the time of his imperfect Izanagi. If you need Senju DNA to use Izanagi then why was it such a big deal among Uchihas to the point it became forbidden???

Is mokouten the same thing as mokuton? If so, then that doesn't mean the cells are specifically restricted, just the wood techs are.

Ehh, the Wood Release is what makes Hashi's cells have such a strong life force. Without it Hashi's cells wouldn't really do anything.
