Lets work it out this way

CS sasuke ultimate technique = Kirin
Powerful lightning technique pretty much unavoidable
Huge preparation time takes at least 5-6 minutes to form a thunderstorm

MS sasuke ultimate technique = Susanoo arrow
Incredibly deadly arrow fired by susanoo again pretty much unavoidable
1-2 seconds preparation time and its ready to fire

assuming its the sasuke who fought danzo i dont see anything hebi sasuke has to counter two susano arrows. his defences are mostly snake related, and speed related. hebi sasuke has more chakra and is thus faster in movement, but ms sasuke's attacks like amat are faster than that

Ms Sasuke low-mid diff. He has to much one-shotters for Hebi Sasuke such as Susano'o Arrows and Amaterasu. Plus Hebi Sasuke won't be able to break through Susano'o if he tries he will be burnt by the shield of black flames.
