I was wondering who would make a good matchup for base kabuto, unfortunately here I think his arsenal is vastly restricted & manda would only serve to be a bigger target for ama.

I dont get why that matters. He either gets crushed or temporally drive the summoning away. He is left open for Kabuto regardless, as he can't maintain a full Susanoo and Ama at the same time.

He flies, no need for susanoo as kabuto has zero long ranged attacks while in base.

All SM does is overpower his base jutsu. He can still use them in base.

Its not SM ability. Orochimaru explained it by separating Sound 5 chakra+his from Senjutsu[

]. Senjutsu will only add to his power to what he already had.

It is relevant because you don't know the limit of height the bird can go, or needs to go for Sasuke, to fight effectively for his personal range combat. Nor is it a good argument to state "flying too high" gives Sasuke the victory.

Stamina is a very important thing in this match since Sasuke can't overuse Susanoo or Amaterasu, which is probably going to be needed against Kabuto.

-Amaterasu can be countered with Oral Rebirth, or by sloughing his skin off along with the flames, Manda can also shed his skin competely, though its not like Sasuke is going to completely light up something that big.

Manda might be able to get past Susanoo with pure physical strength, but even if it can't (Not even going to bother arguing whether it can or not) Mugen Onsa has already shown to disable Susanoo in canon, so that followed up with Kimimaro or Manda II's attack is GG Sasuke.

-Arrows are dodged like they were in canon.

-Genjutsu is useless like it was in canon.

-Susanoo is disabled via Mugen Onsa.

-Amaterasu is countered by Oral Rebirth or Hydrafication V2.

Kabuto has this in the bag.
