I highly doubt Gai can destroy a V4 susanoo with Hirudora. If Gai tries to save chakra while in the lower gates, Sasuke doesn't even need susanoo considering he reacted to V1 Ay who is around the same level of speed as 6th gate Gai. Eventually Gai will need the 7th gate but as long as Hirudora is not used, Sasuke can utilize V2 susanoo. Someone who can maintain V3 susanoo for over five minutes should be able to outlast 7th gate Gai with just a V2. Also if Gai goes on the offensive, his defensive capability will worsen allowing Sasuke to catch him off guard with amaterasu.

Sasuke has got this in the bag with mid difficulty.
