It's true that Sasuke has amatersu and some genjutsu, but so was itachi who admitted that he's shit compare to Jiraiya.
The Susanoo can be taken down via the sound jutsus, or attacking from under the ground. Amatersu can be easily avoided
that shitty jutsu has never take down anyone, even a fodder samurai...etc
